Lemon Chicken

My smile for today is the fantastic lemon chicken that I had for dinner tonight.

It was really simple and easy but very tasty.

1.  Cut up chicken and cover in beaten egg.
2.  Cover chicken in crushed unsalted peanuts.
3.  Fry gently in a little oil until golden.
4.  Remove from the heat and place aside.
5.  Gently fry some onions until they are clear.
6.  Add a packet of Blue Dragon Lemon Chicken sauce.
7.  When the sauce is boiling add a handful of sweet peas.
8.  Add the chicken and nuts back to the pan and cook until hot through.
9.  Serve with boiled rice.
